Caitlin Henderson is an associate at Lipinski Law, bringing a wealth of experience to the firm’s civil litigation practice as a former Assistant State Attorney in the 15th Judicial Circuit and as a former staff attorney at the Fourth District Court of Appeals. With a strong background in courtroom advocacy, Caitlin has successfully handled numerous jury trials at both the misdemeanor and felony level and she has gained valuable insight to judicial decision-making at the appellate level.
As a former prosecutor, Caitlin has an unwavering commitment to justice that she now applies to her representation of clients in a wide range of legal matters. Her time at the Fourth District Court of Appeals has also deepened her legal expertise in analyzing complex legal issues and crafting persuasive arguments. Caitlin’s combined experience reflects her passion towards representing victims and survivors here in Florida.
Caitlin is a graduate Florida State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Political Science with a minor in Criminology and she received her juris doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
